Pre Graduation(SF State)dinner for our daughter Thurs 5/23/24 night. Excellent service from start to finish. Our waitress was attentative, knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered the 42 oz Tomahawk to share with my son. Wasnt as good as the 64oz Tomahawk from Stanton Social Prime at Caesers Palace in Vegas, but a good second place. The sides were great - mac & cheese with truffles, asparagus, mushrooms, julia childs scalloped potatoes, and truffle fries. It was a great meal with great service. Will be back!

Epic is my go-to when I want to indulge and get a great steak. Filet: cooked perfectly. Good portion. Added the truffle butter sauce which added so much amazing flavor Whipped mashed potatoes: so creamy and delicious. Mac n cheese: I could have eaten this all day. Super flavorful and was a great side. The drinks were great too. Espresso martini made perfectly. Service: our server was amazing. Friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Ambiance: they gave a really nice outdoor patio. Would recommend sitting outside if it's nice and they have tons of heat lamps. Watching the sail boat go by under the lighted Bay Bridge was a great setting. Also, this is the perfect balanced steakhouse without being too stuffy like Harris Steakhouse or too clubby like STK. Would highly recommend.

Seated and served drinks promptly. Ordered bread, oysters and poke for appetizers. Ordered 2 salads Cesar salad and mixed baby greens. For main course. Tomahawk dinner, 2 are sharing. I ordered a 9oz filet mignon, others ordered 6oz filet and 14oz New York. Sides mushroom, asparagus, Julia child potatoes, French fries and Mac n cheese. Mixed green salad was disappointing the vinaigrette was overpowering and could have used a cheese and croutons. My filet mignon was over cooked but still had a good flavor and wasn't dry.Julia child potato's was creamy and flavorful. The truffle Mac and cheese was creamy but for me to much truffle.

I love the ambiance here inside and outside on a nice day. The food and drinks are pretty good we especially like the bone in steak. Their service is very attentive. Frequent this place for steak and a nice time in the city.

Went to Epic Steak for a Saturday night dinner and was not disappointed! It was a beautiful night so we decided to sit outside and enjoy the night views of the Bay Bridge. It was crowded, however felt very open and not loud at all. Ordered the Flat iron steak that was featured as a weekly special. The steak was rich and deep with beefy flavor and had great marbling. In addition, it came with fry's that were perfectly cooked. We were helped by Kevin and Aaron and they were friendly and knowledgable of the menu and drinks. I would recommend Epic Steak to anyone looking for great meal, location, and staff.

We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday. This place is located right by the Bay with beautiful view of the water and the Bay Bridge. Our server was great and very helpful during our whole dinner. She helped explain the dishes and all the accompaniments. The restaurant had a nice industrial look with a fireplace by our table. We ordered the filet mignon and my goodness it was delicious! My steak was cooked the way I wanted and it was very tender. They provided chimichuri sauce and their own steak sauce. Also they had different salts to add flavors to the meal. We had an assortment of side dishes to go with our meal and all of them were great. I would definitely come back here for any special events.

Really nice spot and atmosphere overlooking the Bay Bridge in San Francisco's harbor. Service is impeccable and attentive and the food is quite delicious. I will say that some of the steaks are priced wayyyy out of most people's range. But they have enough other options to choose from that's affordable. Can't beat the views and fun atmosphere here, especially for a steakhouse. Not stuffy at all. Would recommend.

Arrived early for our reservation for Water Bar and strangely enough, they refuse to sit us and asked us to leave our dogs outside instead and go to bar for a drink. Very weird, as there are others on the patio. Anyways, we headed over to Epic for a drink instead to wait for dinner reso time and rest of our friends to show up. Epic happily sat us for a drink and the view was super nice. Service was good, pricing is what one of expect of that view. Server got the dogs a water bowl without being asked and drinks came in a jiffy after we ordered. Ive been to Epic pre-pandemic and the food was pricey and delicious. With the nice experience this time, will return for sure. Maybe try their brunch. :) Water bar is their sister restaurant i believe and strangely, the experience on the same day is 180 degree opposite of here.
